“Hollywood” may evoke images of the white lettered hillside sign or Grauman’s Chinese theater and the starred sidewalk along Hollywood Boulevard but Hollywood also describes a large area of Los Angeles County that encompasses many different zip codes and communities. The Sunset Strip neighborhood, 90069, is part of the famed stretch of Sunset Boulevard that reaches east from Doheny to Crescent Heights Boulevard and north to Mulholland Drive. Doheny Estates and the Bird Streets offer stunning views, privacy and an easy drive to Beverly Hills, 90210. Perched high above the strip, your home search will reveal architectural, Spanish and traditional homes, many offering shelter to Hollywood’s hottest young stars.  While single family home prices start around one million, they range up to 20 million for the best views and locations.
